I pulled a ziplock of chicken out of my freezer for dinner tonight.

enchilada sauce 1.25 used 2
big bag of cheese from Costco 6.00
onion 1.00
rice 2.00
beans 1 can 1.25


I made 2 big pans of enchiladas 1 big cam of sauce per pan

Tonight was the viewing of Sarah Swan's mother may she rest in peace!!

I invited Moe, Sarah, Ester, and Nikki over for dinner after the viewing!

Dinner total 13.75 divided by 9
